The DNA cookbook is a comical subversion of science-fair biology. It is an interactive installation that invites the audience to extract DNA  from wheat germ by using common kitchen utensils and household products. The work answers the question who is measuring what through a witty parody of the nurture/nature constructs of gender identity.
